Dear Cherly, Heather, and Dan: I wish to convey to you my deepest condolences for Rick’s early and unexpected departure. I met him couple years ago thru work and our dealings evolved into an honest, sincere, and friendly relationship. Even though we worked with sensitive issues under high stress, Rick always handled them with skill and patience that managed to take off sharp edges. He was gentleman who treated people with respect and valued their opinion. I am deeply sad for your lost, but at the same time thankful for the opportunity to have met him. He always spoke with love about each of you and especially of his grandson. I was expecting him to visit us in Florida one day post-retirement with Cherly to meet our families.
