I extend my deepest sympathies to the Quinlan family upon Molly’s recent passing. May your many memories help to sustain you at this most difficult time. Molly was a caring and loving mother in law to my sister Evelyn for 28 years. Evelyn cherished Molly’s companionship, her sense of humour, and her help and advice in any matters that arose over the years. Evelyn loved Molly dearly, and for that I am truly grateful. Molly will always remain an inspiration to me as her warm welcome and fabulous feasts will be forever in my memory. I don’t know anyone else who could serve seven vegetables all cooked to perfection in one meal, and will try to follow her example and match her standards. I will miss Molly’s cheerful demeanor, her hospitality and our wonderful dinners together. She was a very special woman.
