Dear Gag. Yesterday, for the first time in 28 years I came to the house and you weren't there to greet me with a "Brendan!" or a "Hi Lovey!" and a big hug. I already miss you so much. You are so special to us and as much as it hurts that you are no longer here, I'm so grateful to have had you in my life all these years. You were one of a kind. Over the years I've always found myself reflecting on the time we've spent together, and will even more now. These memories you have given me always bring a smile to my face. You really knew how to make me laugh, we always had fun when we'd visit with each other. I feel such a tremendous loss but also so lucky to have had someone like you in my life who loved me and cared for me the way only a grandmother could.
