It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Adrian Parlato on Friday, October 28, 2016 from a massive stroke caused by undiagnosed acute leukaemia at 69 years old.

Adrian or Ade, devoted, loving husband and best friend to Janice for 43 years and awesome Dad to Cameron (Leanne) and Matthew. Wonderful endearing brother to Michael (Annick) and super brother-in-law to Sharon, Mark, Mary and Alex. Kind Uncle to Danielle (Brendan, Logan, Liam), Justin (Lauren), Ines, David (Amy) and Elsie (Brooklyn, Hailey) and grandog Lola. Special friend to Irene, Linda, Brigitte, Lucy, Rocco and Harold.

A dedicated teacher and mentor of religion for 37 years in the Toronto Catholic school board and passionate coach of girls' soccer at Mary Ward.

Adrian was loved by whomever he touched – the neighbours, friends teachers, students and the Markham classic cruisers.

Adrian's celebration of life will be as detailed below. Donations would be appreciated in Adrian Parlato's name at The leukaemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or at the Canadian cancer society.
