Retired banker and renowned watercolour artist, Burt passed peacefully at Markham-Stouffville Hospital on Tuesday, November 14th, 2017 at the age of 90. Leaves behind the love and inspiration of his life, his wife Ruth (nee Vincent). Son of the late Alden and Maude Winters. Dear brother of the late Harold. Friends may call at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham on Friday, November 17th from 2 until 5 p.m. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday, November 18th at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Cherry Valley Cemetery, Prince Edward County on Monday November 20th at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial donations to Markham Stouffville Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
