Ah-Yuen (Denise) Wong Hon Chan passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital on August 31st, 2017 in her 84th year surrounded by her children and grandchildren with an abundance of love. She leaves behind a legacy of Faith, Courage, and Perseverance. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Markham Stouffville Hospital, Sunnybrook Hospital or Hill House Hospice.
