Passed away peacefully in the presence of family on Tuesday August 22, 2017 at Markham Stouffville Hospital at the age of 68. Husband and best friend of Valerie. Loving father of Rodney, Lisa and Stephanie (Charles Kida). Proud grandfather of Jeremy. Brother of Margaret (Arnold Ludwig) and the late Peter (Nancy Leclerc). Brother-in-law to Janice and Ross Lunan, uncle and friend to many. Visitation to be held at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main St. N., Markham, ON, Friday August 25 from 6 to 9 pm. Memorial service on Saturday August 26 at 1 pm at Markham Baptist Church, 110 Church St., Markham. Reception to follow. If desired, donations may be made to Markham Stouffville Hospital or the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research.
