Condolence: So sorry to hear of the loss of Al. We will miss his wit, humour and kindness. Best memories were taking us boating at the cottage.

Condolence: Dear Al, I will miss your stories and especially your sense of humour. I have so many wonderful memories of the cottage and get together's.
Thank you for being brave enough to let me practice giving you injections while I was in nursing school.
I'm sorry I can't make it there on Monday but I will be there in spirit.

Condolence From: Maggie Archibald
Condolence: Alan was like a grandpa to me growing up. I spent countless hours at his and Joan's cottage getting spoiled with treats and crafts. He was kind, genuinely interested in others, and had a sense of humour like no one else. He loved being at the cottage with Joan and their poodle, loathed the gazebo each spring, and could char a mean piece of chicken. I will miss Alan and remember him always.

Condolence From: Jati Chabra
Condolence: Alan and I worked in the same department for a good number of years and was shocked to hear of his passing away this week. Alan and some of the other colleagues not only worked together, but also had our coffee breaks and lunches together, sharing jokes. One incident stands out very vividly in my mind - one lunch time he opened his brown lunch bag, which was marked "D" as he thought his wife had marked "D" meaning Dad, but hold and behold, in the bag were bones left over from the meat the night before. We had a good laugh after he realised the "D" meant the food was for the Dog and not Dad. I am not sure whether any one offered to share their lunch with him!
Please accept our heartfelt condolences on the loss. May the Almighty give the family the strength to bear the loss. May he rest in peace.
Jati Chabra
