Suddenly after a brief illness at Markham Stouffville Hospital, with his family by his side, on Friday, March 24, 2017 in his 90th year. Born in Dover, Kent, England on August 26, 1926. Beloved husband to Christine for 58 years. Loving father to Kevin and Sharon. Brother to Eric Cozens (deceased). Lovingly remembered by his family and many friends including Ann Randall, Susan and Ralph Chapman, and Heather and Ralph McCormick. Life member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Former director of Maclean Hunter Limited.
