"...Your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering."

Our adored father tested the odds in his courageous battle with ALS. His faith continued to strengthen him and our family through each momentous trial.

We, his children, Genevieve, Gabriel, and Rebecca, our mom, Janice (née Calicchia), grandmother, Ann Coxhead (née Worrall), cousins Chelsea and Travis Lepage, Uncle Ray Lepage, and so many more family and friends from near and far, miss him greatly. He peacefully now joins Grandpa Art, Aunti Kathie, grandparents Carlo & Eve, and Uncle "Bobby", with his new body, life everlasting.

Our sincerest gratitude to our friends and family, the Cedar Grove Community, and Markham District HS staff, for all the personal time and efforts, delivering joy and comfort in our challenging days and nights, and for the outpouring of understanding, generosity, kindness, and love.

A big thank you also to our fantastic medical support team, especially: Mohammad, Odecia, Jessica, John, Tammy, Marie, and Dr Emilie Lam.

We are receiving family and friends for a memorial service at Rouge Valley Mennonite Church, 7452 Reesor Road, Markham ON, Saturday June 4th at 4:00PM, officiated by Dad's dear friend Reverend "Uncle" Craig McCallum. Reception to follow immediately after service.

If desired, memorial donations may be made to the ALS Society of Canada. Condolences for the family may be offered at www.dixongarland.com

As Dad always reminded us:
"The only disability in life is a bad attitude"
