TRAIANOU (nee Angelou), Evangelia -- July 10, 1927 -- March 6, 2016. Passed away peacefully with family by her side on March 6, 2016 at Markham-Stouffville Hospital. Evangelia was preceded in death by her beloved husband Kosta of forty years. Loving mother of John (Aphrodite) and Tina (Tom), and cherished grandmother of Daniel (Sandra), Angelene (David), Jo-Anne (MJ), and Stephen (Ana). Proud great-grandmother of Cerena, Lucas, Aidan, Konstantine, Christian, Thomas, Zelia, Stephen and Bennett. Beloved sister of Venka (Mito) and Ordana (Kosta) and predeceased by her brothers Lazaros and Nick. Visitation will be held at DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd), Markham on March 8, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. Dimitrija Solunski Church 201 Main St. N. (Markham Rd), Markham on March 9, 2016 at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Pine Hills Cemetery (625 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough).
