With his family by his side, Philip passed away peacefully on April 28th, 2014. He is survived by his wife Valentina, son Kyle and his wife Alison and devoted grandfather to Connor and Brendan, beloved brother to Maureen (Kevin), Linda (Joe), Joan (Dennis) and Betty Lou (deceased). Uncle O’Bie to nieces and nephews. Long time member at York Downs. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, who may pay their respects at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street N.(Markham Road) Markham, on Wednesday April 30th 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Mass at St. Patrick’s Parish 5633 Hwy 7 Markham. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer society or the Arthritis Society in lieu of flowers.
